This parasternal long axis view shows a large mass coming into and out of the plane of the video. There is also significant wall motion abnormality noted in the inferolateral wall and anteroseptum.

An off axis view that shows more of the apex shows a large mass adherent to a mostly akinetic segment of myocardium along the anteroseptum and anterior wall as shown below..

Short axis views shows layered thrombus adherent to the anterior and anterolateral wall near the apex (left panel) that is more mobile as we move to the mid ventricle (right panel). There is also thrombus along the inferoseptum but it is harder to see here.
